At ELEGOO, we stand by the quality of our 3D printers and electronics; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and components.

Return Process

  For hardware issues, provide photos or videos of the defect to help our engineers determine if a remote fix or a full return is necessary.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the device securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
